What we collect
When you register, submit a business, or contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, business details). For free listings created from public sources, we collect publicly available business information.
What we use it for
- To operate the directory
- To verify your identity and ownership of a listing
- To send you service-related notifications (you can opt out of marketing at any time)
- To respond to your inquiries
Optional marketing choices
You may separately choose owner email updates and offers, or human marketing calls about directory and SEO services. Neither is required to claim a listing. We record your chosen contact details, choice, date and the wording you accepted. You can withdraw either choice from your account or through our contact form. We do not treat this as consent to automated calls or text messages. Zoho and Resend may process email on our behalf.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processor for premium plans).
Reviews and embedded media
If you submit a review, your display name, rating and review text may be published after moderation. Private moderation notes remain with the directory team.
Google Maps content loads only after you choose to open the map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google and shares connection and request data, such as your IP address and the map request. Google may also use cookies or local storage after the map loads. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps End User Additional Terms.
Google Places may also support private operator research used to identify possible listing matches. Those results are reviewed separately and are not automatically published as directory facts.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand public directory visits and count new business applications after our system confirms they were saved. Reject analytics keeps it off. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings at the bottom of any public page.
Google receives connection information (including your IP address), basic browser and device information, a cookie identifier, a simplified public page address, the referring website's origin, and the confirmed submission event. We remove URL queries and fragments and do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, business application identifiers, search terms, or form contents. We exclude private account and administration pages. A verified submission confirmation sends only a generic confirmation address and event.
Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. We remember your analytics choice in this browser for 180 days. After an accepted submission, we also keep a one-way fingerprint of its random application identifier locally to avoid counting refreshes twice; that fingerprint is never sent to Google and expires after 180 days. Clearing browser storage or using another browser can affect these choices and counts.
We disable advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data, and Google Signals. We do not use this measurement for remarketing. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not remove events already received by Google. Google may process data outside your country. AI crawlers
This site is intentionally accessible to AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) so your listing can appear in AI-generated answers.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time through our contact form. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Before you load optional third-party content, we use only essential session cookies for authentication and no analytics cookies by default. After you choose to load a Google map, Google may use cookies or local storage under its own privacy policy. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after you accept analytics as described above.
