1. Free listings

Free listings are provided as-is. We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that violates our content guidelines, is duplicative, or is no longer operational.

2. Listing ownership

By submitting a business, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative. Submitting businesses you do not own is not permitted and may result in removal and account termination.

3. Premium plans

Premium plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the directory.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use this directory to post false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content; to harass or harm others; or to send unsolicited communications to other users.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
